Otis Earl Cornwell of 73 Cottage Grove Lane, formerly of Laomi, died at 9 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 27, 1975, at his home, age 69.
Survived by wife, Genevieve; a daughter, Mrs. Barbara Jean Stanton of Louisville, Ky.; a son, Phillip E. of Springfield; and seven grandchildren.
Member of Loami Christian Church and a retired member of its board.
A son, Richard, preceded him in death.
Remains are at McCullough Funeral HOme in Loami, where friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m Friday. Services at 11 a.m. Saturday at Loami Christian Chruch, Rev. Vern Barr officiating. Burial in Sulphur Spring Cemetery in Loami.
