A native of Italy, he had lived in this area for a number of years. He was a former bowling alley proprieter.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Elmo Rosania; 3 daughters, Mrs. Andrew Allena and Mrs. Martin Bush, both of Somerville and Mrs. Angelo Bernabe of Raritan; 8 sons, Richard of Piscataway, John Jr, Stanley, Clayton, Bernard, James, Ronald and Michael all of Somerville; 2 sisters, Mrs. Daniel Rogers of Somerville and Mrs. Howard Papen of Delaware; 3 brothers, Joseph of North Plainfield, Bernard of Somerville and CMDR. Hugh with the U.S. Navy in San Diego.
Private funeral services and interment will be held Tuesday.
Friends may call from 7-9 pm tomorrow at the Cusick Funeral Home.
