William Frank Dunn, 85 year old resident of RR 2, Loogootee, died at 2:30 a.m. today at his home following a serious illness of two weeks. Mr. Dunn was born in Daviess county on August 12, 1873, the son of Michael and Rose Ann Riley Dunn. He married Margaret Ann Walker on May 24, 1898, and she preceded him in death. The deceased was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Barr township and a retired farmer. Surviving are the following children, Edna and Alvin Dunn, both at home, Mrs. Afra Strange, RR 4, Loogootee, Everett Dunn, Ypsilanti, Michigan, Mrs. Inez Abel, Bedford, Mrs. Delphia Spoonmoore, Brownsburg, Mrs. Cleo Strange, Brazil, Mrs. Mary Strange and Bernard Dunn, both of RR 2, Loogootee. Two children preceded him in death. There are twenty grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's church in Barr township with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home in Loogootee after 7 p.m. today. Rosary services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
