He was born February 1, 1925, in Shamokin, to the late David E. and Muriel (Rickert) Hoffa. Kenneth was a WWII veteran with many decorations for his service, including the Purple Heart.
Surviving are his two children: Ellen Fenstad (Daryl) of Hatboro, PA and Keith Hoffa (Jamie) of Middletown, PA; two grandchildren who are the world to him: Madison and Caleb; and several nieces and nephews who he adored as if they were his own children. Including his wife and parents, preceding him in death are his siblings: Grace Smink, June Foy, Wilbur Hoffa, Betty Wilson, and Mildred Hoffa.
Kenneth's wishes were that no services be held. The family will host a dinner in the near future, where friends and family will be invited to celebrate his life and share memories of the wonderful influences he had on everyone he knew.
Interment will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with full military honors at a later date.
