Ed enjoyed fishing, camping, the Packers, hot rods, classic cars and demolition derbies.
Surviving are his wife Julie; two daughters: Cindy Peterson and Christina (Jesse) LeGrave; three step-children; Katheren (Forrest) Dahlin, Jeremy Mentink and B.J. Mentink; two step-grandchildren: Alex and Crystal;
three brothers; Marvin Peterson, Jr., Keith (Nancy) Peterson, Timmy Peterson and one sister, Marsha (Tom) Behnke.
Ed was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters: Gwendoyln Peterson and Elaine Peterson.
The family will greet relatives and friends Saturday, September 17th at Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, 235 E. Main Street, Coleman, from 2 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 4 p.m. with Pastor Nick Johannes officiating.
Ed will be placed to rest at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Cemetery, Town of Pound.
