Mrs. Geraldine M. Brammer, 71, of South Point Rt. 1, was pronounced dead on arrival at Lawrence County General Hospital from an apparent heart attack 11:30 a.m. Saturday. She was born February 1, 1909 in Tacoma, Washington, the daughter of the late Floyd C. and Lucetta Corbin Waller. She spent practically all her life in Lawrence County, graduating from Ironton High School. On June 9, 1927, she married Averill Brammer, who survives. She was a member of the Leatherwood Baptist Church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, John T. Brammer of Fairborne, Ohio and Gerald Brammer of Ironton; three daughters, Mrs. Homer (Wanda Jean) Hankins of Gallipolis, Mrs. Paul (Wilma) Sites of Ironton; Mr. Robert M. (Emily) Little of Nashville, Tenn.; two brothers, Lawrence Waller of Ironton and Ralph Waller of Ironton, Rt. 1; three sisters, Mrs. Clyde (Helen) Carrico, Willow Wood; Mrs. Maxine Brammer of Kitts Hill, Mrs. Clarence (Edna) Bell Ashland; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Tracy Brammer Funeral Home. Burial in Highland Memorial Gardens in South Point. Friends will be received at the Funeral Home after 6 p.m. Tuesday.
