Louis was the son of Charles and Dora Bills. He married Carolyn Evans; they had no children. He was a parimutuel clerk for Churchill Downs and Keeneland race tracks and a retired clerk for Ward Engineering Co. Louis died at SS. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital at the age of 73.
