The said Mary Allison being the heir at law of Malinda Bailey deceased of Hancock County sold to John Bailey land and premises situated on the waters of the North Branch of Tomlinsons Run being the portion of said Allison and wife in and to the dower interest of Malinda Bailey deed set apart to her by an order of the Circuit Superior Court of law and Chancery at the October term 1833 containing 14 acres.
