German Nobility. Born the youngest child of Friedrich Wilhelm II and his morganatic wife Wilhelmine von Lichtenau. She was first married to Friedrich von Stolberg-Stolberg but was divorced after two years and the birth of a daughter. Her second husband was Kaspar von Miaskowski, to whom she also bore a daughter and was again divorced from. He died after 1814. Her third marriage was to Etienne de Thierry, whom she bore three children, Eugenie, Jules, and Camille.

Genealogy note: Sophie Vandermarck/Vandermarq was not her daughter, as some family trees suggest! They were not even related. They were buried just a few steps apart, though.
