Colleen Broadwater Whiteman passed away on October 23, 2016 after a fierce battle with cancer.

She was born October 28, 1925 to Maurice and Marie Broadwater.

Married Carl H. Whiteman on January 4, 1954.

Colleen loved her life as an airline pilot's wife and created beautiful homes in California, Utah, Tennessee, Delaware, Hawaii, and Washington. During this time, they raised two daughters.

Colleen is survived by daughters, Nancy Marie (Dunyon) and Carol Ann (Howell); brother, Jay Broadwater; grandchildren, James Dunyon, Megan Reynolds, and Courtney Taylor; great-grandchildren, Shawn Dunyon, Devinee Dunyon, Dalaynee Dunyon, and Ryleigh Reynolds; and many loved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Carl; brothers, Gordon and Ronald; sisters, Marjorie and Geraldine; sons-in-law, Butch Dunyon and Norm Self; and grandson, Michael Dunyon.

At mother's request, a graveside service will be held on Friday, October 28, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 South Highland Drive (1450 East).
