Russell Franklin Fadeley, 92, of Bryantown, MD, formerly of Hughesville, MD, died Monday, March 20, 2006 in the University of Maryland Hospital. Born on March 7, 1914, in Cootes Store, VA, he was a son of the late Effie Jane and George Franklin Fadeley.
Mr. Fadeley was a Saw Filer.
Survivors include his wife, Lucy B. Fadeley, Bryantown, MD; children, Joseph L. Fadeley, Port Deposit, MD, Nellie G. Bassford, Citra, FL, George R. Fadeley, La Plata, MD, Joseph Burch, Waldorf, MD, Lucy B. Binette, La Plata, MD, Pat Carter, White Plains, MD, Kenny Burch and Donald Burch, both of Waldorf, MD; brothers, Oliver Fadeley , Sacremento, CA, and George Fadeley, Tiffon, OH; 18 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Fadeley was preceded in death by his first wife, Lelia Fadeley; son, William Frank Fadeley; and daughter, Betty A. D'Andelet.
