Pebel Frederick, daughter of the late Edward Stroud and Lena Baker Stroud, was born on January 19, 1958 in Bloomfield and departed this life on November 10, 2016 at the emergency room at Southeast Health of Stoddard County at the age of 58.

She was a VNA housekeeper, attended The Life Line Church in Puxico and was a resident of Dexter.

On May 4, 1992, she was united in marriage to Thomas (Turkey) Frederick. Mr. Frederick survives of the home in Dexter.

Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Star House of Dexter; one step-daughter Cindy Shoemaker of Oran; two step-sons, Tommy Frederick of Dexter and Michael Frederick of Chaffee; three sisters, Dorothy Sexton of Bloomfield, Debra Stroud of Dexter, and Candy Warren of Puxico; one brother, Roger Stroud of Dexter; and by two grandchildren, Katalena and Herbie Henson.

Friends may call at the Rainey Mathis Funeral Home on Monday, November 14, 2016 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 11:00 AM with Debbie Cosinger officiating. Interment will follow at the Essex Cemetery.
