They were the parents of five daughters Mary Louisa, Lucy Jane, Maria Amanda, Sarah A. and Martha Rebecca. Ann later married Samuel F. Wilson May 27, 1855 in Transylvania County, N.C. Ann appears in North Carolina records for the last time on the 1880 Federal census of N.C. Transylvania County. She is listed on that census as the wife of Samuel Wilson and her daughter Sarah A. Hightower age 39 was also a member of their household.

Gravesite Details
The actual place of burial of Ann Osborne Hightower Wilson is not known. She has been placed in this cemetery given her brother Jeremiah Osborne is buried in same. Jeremiah Osborne assisted Ann and her children before she married Samuel F. Wilson.
