Soon after graduating in 1969 he enlisted into the United States Army, where he went on to serve our country. He was honorably discharged in October, 1975. He joined the Local 36 (BAC) Brick & Allied Craft workers Union in 1978. He worked as a mason/bricklayer up until retiring in January of 2005.
Terry was a loving father and devoted husband. He was a kind and gentle man who loved spending time with family and friends. He was an avid outdoorsman with a passion for fishing and hunting and enjoyed wood working. He spent many of his days out on the ice and along the quiet river banks. Some days if you were lucky while fishing you'd hear the soft sound of his harmonica. Terry was a person of faith and lived life to the fullest. At the age of 60 being the oldest in his class he received his red belt in Tae Kwon Do.
He is survived by Mother Marie Tomaszewski;
Brothers: Tony Tomaszewski, Jim Tomaszewski, and Dave Tomaszewski;
One sister Jane Tomaszewski(Thompson) and girlfriend Georgia.
his Children; (Laurie Tomaszewski), Stormy Tomaszewski, Josh Tomaszewski, (Ellen Tomaszewski), Christa Gorman, Rochelle Wiedemeier, Chyla Schwartz, and William Tomaszewski.
Along with 9 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father Walter Tomaszewski;
brother John "Jack" Tomaszewski;
his wife Ellen Tomaszewski [1/7/1952-1/3/2010]
and sister-in-law Debbie Womack-Tomaszewski.
Family and friends are welcome to attend service at St Mary's cemetery, in Crivitz WI., on November 5th at 10:00am.
