FLEMINGTON — James William “Jim” Beverly, age 87, of Flemington, WV, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2016, at the United Hospital Center in Bridgeport.
He was born on October 16, 1929, in Shinnston, a son of the late John Russell and Lena Irene (Stonebreaker) Beverly.
James is survived by his wife of 66 years, Virginia F. (Dean) Beverly, as well as their children, grandchildren, extended family and friends.
In honoring Mr. Beverly’s wishes, private services will be held for his family. Interment will take place at the Bridgeport Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made tot the Harrison County Humane Society.
