Minnie A. Martindale
Mrs. Minnie A. MARTINDALE, 85, R.R. 3, Peru, died at her home at 3:15 a.m. today following two years' illness. She had been a resident of Jefferson township, Miami county, for over 44 years, moving there from Peru.
She was born in Fulton county on March 1, 1869. Her parents were Cyrus and Katherine (SMALL) ROBBINS. On Dec. 22, 1892, she was married in Rochester to Albert MARTINDALE by Rev. N. L. LORD. Mrs. Martindale was a member of the Methodist chrch.
Survivors are the husband, at home, and the following children: Mrs. Ruth VINCENT, Lakeville; Mrs. Marjory BOCKOVER, Peru; Robert V. [MARTINDALE], South Bend; Mrs. Helen STOUT, Denver; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Della COLE, of this city.
Final rites will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the McCain funeral home, Denver. Rev. C. F. GOLDEN will be in charge of the services and burial will be in the Mt. Hope cemetery, Peru. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Friday.
