The funeral for George C. Kieser was Thursday afternoon at Mitchell-Jerdan Funeral Home with the Rev. Barbara Short officiating. Burial with military rites by VFW Post No. 4325 was in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.

Those participating were commander Loy Shook and chaplain Joe Matthews. The organist, Roberta Tichenor, accompanied Ron Schwarzlose in singing "Amazing Grace," and played "Under His Wings" and "Softly and Tenderly."

The pallbearers were Don Dateman, Joe Wallace, Ron Schwarzlose, Jack Williams, Gene Schwarzlose and Don Tichenor. The honorary pallbearer was Wesley Ballsrud.
