Selina Faith Emmes, 16, of Marinette, WI died January 10, 2017. Born April 23, 2000, daughter of Tyler Emmes and Charlotte (Watson) Burger.
Selina was currently a sophomore attending Peshtigo High School. Selina enjoyed drawing, truck pulls, and working in the garage with her Dad. A loving person with a smile that would light up a room, she was a kind and helpful friend who always put others before herself.
Selina is survived by her father, Tyler (Carma) Emmes; her mother, Charlotte (Steven) Burger; a sister, Samantha Emmes, at home; a brother, Michael Yunke, at home; three step-sisters: Kasha, Trinity and Alexis Franzen;
paternal grandparents, Lois (Richard) Anderson;
maternal grandparents, Valerie (Jeff) Gray and John (Carol) Watson; and a great-grandmother, Jane Watson. Also survived by, aunts and uncles: Yvette Watson, Christina (Kenneth) Bellow, Travis (Brenda) Emmes, Tory (Jessica) Emmes; her best friend, Kayla Kehoe; and special friend, Tyler Sinks.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Edward Emmes.
Visitation will be held Saturday, January 14, at Faith Baptist Church, 350 N Stephenson Ave. Peshtigo, from 12:30 until time of services at 4:30 p.m. with Pastor Mark Kostreva officiating.
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Peshtigo.
