Mary Elizabeth Mashaney, 66, passed away on May 12, 2016. She was born August 28, 1949, in Wichita, Kansas to John Albert and Mary Elizabeth (Korf) Marshall. She enjoyed her work as a carpet layer. Mary is survived by her husband, Jerry Mashaney; children, Joan (Jason) Pearson, Mary Jones (Chris D'Agostino), Vinessa Jones (Eugene Gaines), Cheryl (Gary) Papps, Denise Mashaney (Rick Heath), Patricia (Shawn) Goff, David Parker; grandchildren Donovan Abele, Courtney Gulick, Hannah Papps, Michael Papps and Taziana Gaines; great grandchildren Noah Ponce and Justin Abele; parents John and Mary Marshall; brothers John Marshall, Dean (Betty) Marshall, Marvin (Madeline) Marshall and sister Patsy Marshall. She is preceded in death by her first husband, John Vernon Jones.

A Celebration of her Life Service will be at held 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Kiwanis Park Recreation Building, 5101 West 2nd Street, Wichita. Arrangements by Baker Funeral Home Valley Center.
