Tracey E. Phillips, 63, of Waynesburg, R.D. 5, died at 8:15 a.m. Friday, April 9, 1965, in Greene County Memorial Hospital. He had been in failing health for two years.

Mr. Phillips, a son of Winfield Scott and Rebecca Orndoff Phillips, was born November 4, 1901, in Franklin Township, near Waynesburg, and resided all his life in the Waynesburg community. He was a painting contractor.

Surviving are his wife, Marie Cumberledge Phillips; one daughter, two sons, two grandchildren; two sisters, his twin brother, Charles M., and another brother of St. Louis, Mo.

Two sisters and one brother are deceased.
