PIONEER BOISE WOMAN DIES IN SAN FRANCISCO

Mrs. Mary F. Flenner, pioneer Boise woman, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. B. C. Austin of San Francisco Saturday, following a paralytic stroke suffere three days previously.

Mrs. Flenner, who was 72 years of age, crossed the plains in a prairie schooner with her parents when a child and she made her home in Boise for many years. She was the widow of J. D. Flenner. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Andy Robinson and Mrs. Alice Flenner, of Boise, Mrs. Frank Clark of Berkeley, Cal., and Mrs. Austin of San Francisco, and two sons, Luther Straight of Boise and Will Straight of San Francisco.

The body will be brought to Boise for burial.

Pioneer Daughter Dies in California

Mrs. Mary Frances Flenner, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. B. C. Austen, at San Francisco, last week, was one of the younger pioneer women of Boise valley. She crossed the plains with her parents when 14 years of age, reaching Idaho in 1867. The family located at Willow Creek, 20 miles from Boise, where they later owned a state station. She married Isaac Straight in 1870 and moved to Boise, where she had made her home ever since until her recent visit to San Francisco.

Mr. Straight died in 1889, and in 1901 she was married to J. D. Flenner who died in 1916.

Mrs. Flenner is survived by four daughters and two sons. She was a member of the Eastern Star Lodge.

FUNERALS.

FLENNER - Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Flenner will be conducted by Adah Chapter No. 8, Order of Eastern Star. The chapter will meet at Masonic h all at 1:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon and proceed from there to Scrhreiber & Davis undertaking parlors at 2 o'clock. Interment will be in the Masonic cemetery.
