Curtis P. Lentz, 57, of Peshtigo, WI passed away unexpectedly Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. He was born to the late Oscar and Patricia (Benton) Lentz February 10, 1959 in Marinette, WI.

Curt worked on a dairy farm until he was 18 years old. Along with his father Curt operated Klondike Kozy Korner Tavern until he went on his own and operated Curt's Cozy Inn at White Potato Lake for many years.
In 2003 he opened Cortezz Place in Peshtigo, WI and operated that until his death. Curt was a member of The Tavern League of Wisconsin and was 6th District Director for 20 plus years. He sponsored many men's and women's softball, bowling and pool leagues throughout the years. Curt enjoyed shooting pool and playing lottery scratch offs and online lotteries. He also enjoyed the Casinos especially playing card games and slot machines.

Surviving are 4 siblings: Darrell Lentz, Barbara Hohnholz, Oscar G. "Butch" Lentz, Steven Lentz and many other relatives and friends.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, 235 E. Main St., Coleman on Saturday, February 4th from 10 A.M. until the time of the Memorial Service at 12 noon with Pastor Nick Johannes officiating. Curt will be placed to rest at First Baptist Cemetery, Pound.
