Billie Edwin Dawson passed away Monday, February 1, 2016. She was born September 20, 1950, the daughter of Thomas Tarpley and Lena Wilson Wright.
She enjoyed collecting frog figurines and reading the newspaper.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Damon Pannell; step-father, Willard Wright; daughter, Kimberly Fields on November 7, 2016; granddaughter, Delisha Price on March 31, 2015 and son-in-law, Frankie Lawhon.
Billie is survived by two daughters, son-in-law, eleven grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren; numerous sisters and a brother; close family friend.
The family will receive friends from 6-7 PM, Monday, just prior to the service
