Children:

i. Sarah Jackson b. 1800
ii. John Adams b. 1802
iii. Joseph Henry b. 1804/1805
iv. Jonathan Jackson b. 1808
v. Samuel b. 1809

The folks at Phillips thought Jonathan Jackson to be 10 in 1819, Joseph Henry to be 12 in 1817, and Samuel to be 9 in 1819. Sarah Jackson died Jan 1809, so she may have died giving birth to Samuel; the years are a little off.

John Adams was at Philadelphia in 1844, and at Bath, Maine in 1847.

I am unable to find Samuel, but there is note that he was a missionary at Brooklyn with Joseph Henry, and that may be his death 1864 at Brooklyn; and that may be him traveling to Belfast in 1849. I don't know what fell apart for Jonathan and Samuel to have to leave school at young ages, and how Joseph Henry ended up with Samuel at Brooklyn. But their father was still living and became Hon. John Gardner before his death in 1825 and their guardian was still living.
