John Arthur Perrin, 74, died Feb. 12, 2012, at home. He was born in Rochester, NY and lived in Sebastian for 18 years, coming from Hanson, MA.
He was a maintenance supervisor for IBEW Union Hall in Dorchester, MA, and after retirement, he worked for Indian River Medical Center in the boiler room and at Health South Rehab Center as a maintenance worker.
He served 34 years in the Coast Guard and Reserves.
He was a 33 Degree Mason, involved in Masonic lodges in Massachusetts, Vero Beach and Sebastian. He was a volunteer with the Sebastian Police Department for 15 years.
He was a member of the Sebastian Art Club, Craft Club of Sebastian, the American Legion Post 189 and the VFW Post 10210, both in Sebastian.
