On July 16, 2015, Rosalie Mary Maczis (nee Simon) passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Stephen J. Maczis; loving mother of Robert Maczis and his wife, Lucille, David Maczis, Catherine Pokorny and her husband, Albert, and Susan Devlin and her husband, Thomas. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 3 sisters, and 2 brothers.

Mrs. Maczis rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229 where her family will receive guests on Sunday, July 19, 2015 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10AM at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 5676 Old Washington Road, Elkridge, MD 21075. Interment will follow in Loudon Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, her children request donations to the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in her memory be made payable and mailed to University of Maryland Medical System Foundation, 110 South Paca Street, 9th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21201.
