Phillip is survived by his wife, Carolyn Herl Cornwell; children, Stephen Cornwell and Stephane Brunstetter; sister, Patricia Ott; and grandchildren, Grant, Garrett, Griffin, Allison, and Brandon.
His funeral service will be at 10:00 am Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 pm Friday at Highlands.
