Marie married Reuben Strauch on November 6, 1934 and became a loving mother of two children.
After the death of her husband in 1997, Marie remained in their home and enjoyed life with family, neighborhood friends and Sunday morning worship service with friend Lilly.
Marie was preceded in death by her parents; husband Reuben; sisters Katie, Elizabeth, Amelia; and her brothers, George and John.
