Millard Dwayne Wooley passed away March 4th, 2017, after battling cancer in his home in Villa Ridge with his wife and two children, one grandson, and his three sisters and niece by his side, at 70 years old.

Born to Jack and Emma Wooley, Dwayne was raised in Pacific, MO. In the 1960s he left and went to Alaska where he met his wife Susan Nichols. They were blessed with three children Karri, Mary Emma, and Millard Dwayne Jr. He leaves behind his wife Sue and two children, Mary Emma with husband Steve Katrobos who live in Anchorage, Alaska, with Dwayne's three grandsons Talos, Nieo and Solan Katrobos, Dwayne Jr and wife Inyoung of Alaska. His stepdaughter Quin and husband Ziggy Szczepanski live in Oregon with Dwayne's three granddaughters Liz, Jackie and Monica. Dwayne's sisters live near him, youngest sister Juanita lives with her husband David Winistoerfer in Villa Ridge, Liz with her husband Danny Schneider in St. Clair and Brenda lives with a friend in St. Joseph. Their brother Eddie remains living in Alaska. Many nieces and nephews live on, remembering him fondly.

Dwayne is proceeded in death by both parents Jack and Emma, daughter Karri, brother Ronald of Alaska, and sister Jackie of Villa Ridge. Dwayne's memory will live on through his loving family, who will never forget his special personality. He loved to fish and hunt whenever he would get the chance to, his passion for baseball and love for the Cardinals was well known to all his friends and family. He's gone fishin' with the master of the sea.
