Frank was the son of Thomas McGrath and Mamie Conliffe. He married Mary Norris and they had one daughter, Marilyn. He was a former manufacturer's representative for the Mengel Co. and the retired owner of the old Chase Manufacturing Co. Frank died at the Mount Holly Nursing Home at the age of 66.
