Naomi I. Ashmore, 45, of 48 Fulton Street, Washington, died at 4:35 a.m. Monday, January 26, 1970, in the Washington Hospital following a long illness.

She was born December 11, 1924, near Holbrook, the daughter of the late John and Fannie Staggers Strosnider.

Her husband, Leon Ashmore, whom she married April 6, 1946, survives.

Mrs. Ashmore spent the early part of her life in the Holbrook vicinity, and had resided the last 22 years at Washington.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are one son, Terry, of Washington; one daughter, Sherri, at home; three grandchildren; two sisters: a brother.
