Sylvia, born in Holly Grove, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Amzy and Mary (Morgan) Hampton, passed away on April 21, 2017 at the age of 98.
Sylvia then moved to Michigan in 1941 where she resided until her passing. She worked for Wohlert for 27 years retiring in 1975.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Seigo; her parents; daughters, Faustine (Delbert) Hale, Vestine (Eldon) Hale, Phyllis Hughes; brothers, Melvin (Allie May) Hampton, Ezekiel (Flora) Hampton.
Surviving are daughter; Beckie (Jerry) MacKenzie, brother; Ravis (Carol) Hampton, Grandchildren; Chad Perez, Jason MacKenzie, Ryan MacKenzie, great-grandchildren; Jacob Perez, Andrew Shawanibin, and great-great grandchild; Andrew Shawanibin Jr.
