Kenneth Norman Womble was born August 13, 1934 to Russell Womble and Dazely Oxley in Florien, Louisiana. He passed away to be with his Lord and Savior.

He is preceded in death by his wife Evelyn Jane Womble.

He is survived by his daughter Tammy Lynn Montalbano and husband Louis of Galveston; son Craige Lee Womble of Galveston; his daughter Sherri Sarvis and devoted son-in-law Bobby Sarvis of Texas City, son Kenneth Norman Womble Jr. "Bo" of Texas City as well as numerous grandchildren.

He graduated from La Marque High School where he excelled in track and field. He served our country as a proud Marine and lived in Galveston his whole life. He worked and retired from Lipton Tea after twenty-six years of service and was a longtime member of the VFW and Elks Lodge of Galveston. He loved sports and watching his old western movies. He also loved the outdoors where he enjoyed fishing, playing golf and a good game of dominoes with his good friends.

Dad -- Although you may be gone you will live on in our hearts forever -- and there will not be a day that goes by that we will be wishing that we could be fishing, loving and laughing -- We Love You Pops!!
