Lawrence B. Grant of Athens died at 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 24, 1977, at the residence, age 66.
Mr. Grant was a member of West Side Christian Church, Van Meter Lodge 762 AF&AM, past worthy patron of Petersburg Lodge Order of the Eastern Star 572.
He is survived by his wife, Agnes; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (LeAnn) Garmers, of Athens; and Mrs. Nancy Erdman, of Rockford; nine grandchildren; and one brother, Forrest, of Athens.
Remains were at the Mott and Henning Funeral Home, Athens where services were held.
Burial in Hall Cemetery.
