Richard I. Gagner, 69, of Yakima died Friday at Summitview Healthcare Center in Yakima. Born in Yakima, he is survived by his wife, Geraldine; four sons, Richard of Snohomish, Kevin of Parker, CO, Craig of Ballard, and Christopher Gagner of Kennewick; three daughters, LaVonne Hart of Laguna Hills, CA, Paula Gagner of Seattle, and Constance Grandberg of Redmond; a brother, Armand Gagner of Los Gatos, CA, a sister, Nadine Russel of Portland, OR, and eight grandchildren.
