Apr 8, 1929 ~ Aug 5, 2014 Age 85, beloved mother, was raised in Marion Co, Alabama where she attended Brilliant H.S (class of 1947).

She worked for AL Power in Birmingham before marrying Ernest John Kinney and raising their family. She was a member of Ensley Baptist, Hunter Street Baptist, Southside Baptist and Dawson Memorial Churches.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Josephine Sims Ingle and father Newton Dowell Ingle, her sister Jewel West Hedges, and her brother Garland Ingle.

She is survived by her three daughters Deborah Kinney Tate, Elizabeth Sharon (Michael) Romeo, Gloria (William) Droke, grandaughter Sarah (Trey) Medley, great grandchildren Eliana and Tate Medley, sisters Betty Nemeth and Mildred Smith and many step-brothers and -sisters, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Saturday, August 9, 2014 at 2:00 pm at the Elmwood Chapel. Dr. George Medley, III will officiate.

Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 – 2:00 pm.
