After a period as a real estate agent, his gravitation back to acting began with Canadian television, prior to landing small parts in such pictures as "Silver Streak" (1976), "Meatballs" (1979) and "Atlantic City" (1980). He was also known for his voice work in many animated programs including the "Mario Brothers" series.
