Nancy A. Schnitzke, 77, passed away on August 3, 2017 at Rennes Health Center-East of Peshtigo, WI after a four year battle with cancer. She was born in December 28, 1939 in Milwaukee, WI to the late Charles and Viola (Dreier) Schnitzke.

She graduated from Marinette High School in 1958. She was a legal secretary in Marinette for 45 years. The majority of the time she was a secretary for Attorney Pleger.

She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church. Prior to her illness she belonged to the Bible Class, Sunshine Club and was co-librarian for the church.
Nancy enjoyed reading, listening to music, playing Solitaire, and knitting hundreds of caps for military personnel and various organizations. She also enjoyed spending time at the Spies Public Library.

Nancy is survived by cousins and friends, including a special cousin Betty, a friend since kindergarten Joan, and friends Paulette and Judy.

Hansen-Onion-Martell funeral home is assisting with a private funeral service. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery.
