Mrs. T.L. BECKETT DEAD.
Since 1875 She Had Lived in Johnson County.

OLATHE, KAS., Oct. 3 - Mrs. T.L. Beckett, 83 years old, died early tonight at her home here. She came to Johnson County in 1875 from Germano, O., and with her husband settled on a farm five miles northwest of Olathe. Her husband died in 1894 and she remained on the farm with her family until 1904 when she moved to Olathe.
She is survived by seven sons and daughters, Senator H.M. Beckett of Olathe; Mrs. Minnie Allison, 4918 Cambridge Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas; Mrs. Park Mettee, Lenexa, Kas.; T.E. Beckett and A.R. Beckett, both of Olathe; Samuel F. Beckett, 6317 Valley road, Kansas city and Mrs. Nina Sellers, Minneapolis, Kas.;four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday at the Methodist Episcopal church; burial in Olathe cemetery.
