"Penncrest High School student

Jackelyn Suzanne Italiano, 15, of Marple Newtown, a Penncrest High School student, died July 20 as the result of an auto accident in Philadelphia. Born in Voorhees, N.J., Miss Italiano grew up in Media and had lived in the Marple-Newtown area for the last seven years. She had just completed ninth grade at Penncrest High School and was employed by Martin's Run Life Care Center as a waitress. Surviving are her mother, Deborah Y. Harmon Italiano, at home; her father, Joseph Italiano of Medford, N.J.; two brothers, Steven Italiano and Joseph Italiano Jr., and a sister, Vikkii Italiano, all at home; her maternal grandmother, Suzanne Fortune Harmon of Media; her grandfather, Warren Harmon of Bridgetown, N.J.; her maternal great-grandmother, Bernice Fortune of Media; her paternal grandmother, Elsie James of Cherry Hill, N.J.; and a number of other relatives. A Christian Burial Service will take place at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park, where there is a calling hour from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. Burial is in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham."
