She was born July 20, 1956, in Akron, to the late Robert and Patricia (McDonald) Sheets, who survives in Marion.
On March 10, 2000, in Marion, she married Charles H. Dennis and he survives in Marion.
She was a member of the Hand of Life Fellowship Church. She worked for the past eight years as a dental hygienist with the Lechner Dental practice in Delaware. She was a resident of Marion for the past 30 years and prior resident of Akron.
She is survived by two daughters, Jaime Parker of Marion and Leah Adams of Big Island; one son, Michael E. Adams Jr. of Marion; four grandchildren, Paige, Zoe, Exandra and Chance; two stepsons, Chaz Dennis of Marion and Jeremy Dennis of Altamonte Springs, Fla.; two stepdaughters, Amber and Desirae Dennis of Altamonte Springs, Fla.; two brothers, Robert Sheets and Billy Sheets both of Marion; two sisters, Vicky Lynn Sheets of Addison, Texas, and Tabatha Sheets of Marion. She was preceded in death by one sister, Reisa Marie Sheets.
