Mrs. Anna M. Alsip Dies In Silverdale
Mrs. Anna M. Alsip, better known as to her many old acquaintances at Silverdale and in this city as "Grandma Alsip" died late yesterday at her home one mile west of Silverdale. Mrs. Alsip, widow of the late Josephus Alsip, had lived for 30 years on the farm where her death occurred. She was known to all the men, women and chldren in the locality and was a favorite with all. Mrs. Alsip who was a native of Maryland, is survived by seven children and 45 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.

Surviving children are four daughters, Mrs. Alice Lenhart, Ponca City; Mrs. Kate Lenhart, Wamego, Kas.; Miss Tessie Alsip at home, and Mrs. Lilly Tousley, Grainola, Okla., and three sons, George Alsip, Chandler, Okla.; Dan Alsip, Silverdale, and Roy T. Alsip, at the home place.

Funeral services are to be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the home. Rev. O.P. Garlock, pastor of the United Brethren church, will officiate. Burial will be in the Silverdale cemeery, where Mr. Alsip is buried. The Grant Funeral Home is in charge.
