98, formerly of Mattydale, died on Monday at James Square. She was a native of Malone then resided in Mattydale for 80 years and was the daughter of the late John D. Blair and Alma F. Jones. Amy was employed as an operator for the Bell Telephone Company in the 1920's and was a member of the Mattydale-Hinsdale Senior Citizens. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward in 1962; sons, Leland and Douglas Sprague; and her 16 brothers and sisters. Surviving are her son, Robert (Lois) Sprague, of New Port Richey, FL; her 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale
