Graveside services for Pauline (Barker) Baker, of Athens, will be Friday, December 20, at 11 a.m. at Valley View Cemetery in Athens with Steve Klein officiating and Spry Funeral Home directing.


Mrs. Baker died Wednesday, December 18, 1996 at home. She was born May 15, 1938, in Limestone County and was a member of the Oakland Church of Christ. She was retired from the Limestone Vocational School.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Baker, her father, Redus P. Barker, brother, James Oscar Barker and sister, Linda Jane Barker.


She is survived by two sons, Robert K. Baker and Perry L. Baker, Athens; a daughter-in-law, Lori Baker, Athens, her mother, Ruby Barker, Athens; one brother, Phillip Barker, Athens; five sisters, Barbara Christopher, Jo Ann Carter and Judy Whitt, Elkmont, and Betty Bolton and Peggy Mitchell, Athens; and one granddaughter, Calli Baker, Athens.
