On 11 May 1868 Isaac B. Allison and Rachel Allison his wife sold to Ephramin Johnston Justice of the County land and premises situated on the waters of the North Branch of Tomlinsons Grant Township known as the farm of land on which Thomas Allison now resides the same tract of land conveyed by said Thomas Allison and wife to Isaac B. Allison containing 198 acres. In trust to secure to Thomas Allison Sr. and Mary Allison his wife the payment of $50 annually during their natural lives said payments to commence on 1 Apr 1871 land shall be encumbent with the maintenance and support of said Thomas Allison Sr. and his wife.
