Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Seventeenth Ward chapel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, for Read White Cannon, 46, former resident of Salt Lake City, who died Wednesday in San Francisco.

Burial will be in the Salt Lake City Cemetery.

Mr. Cannon was born Aug. 4, 1902 in Salt Lake City, a son of Ada White and Read Tenney Cannon. He was employed for several years by the Salt Lake branch of the Federal Reserve Bank and later by the National City Bank in New York City. Returning to Utah, Mr. Cannon worked several years at the Bear River State Bank in Tremerton.

He was employed at the Ogden General Depot and by the War Relocation Authority Project at Topas, Millard County.

Surviving are his widow. Edith Christensen Cannon; a daughter, Ada Joy Cannon San Francisco, and a brother, Chauncey L. Cannon, Honolyly, T. H.
