"MRS. LULA BELL BERRY
Mrs. Lula Bell Berry, 51, 3508 22nd Ave., died Thursday in a Tampa hospital. A native of Boaz, Ala., she had lived in Tampa 14 years.

Survivors include her husband, Mack Berry; two sons, M/Sgt. Herbert W. Mize, USAF, Homestead; Maj. Olalee Mize, U.S. Army Special Forces, Viet Nam; one daughter, Mrs. Betty Jo Fast, Dallas; two brothers, Robert White, Donaldsonville, Ga.; two sisters, Mrs. Audie Melton, Birmingham, and Mrs. Ethyl Wilson, Albertville, Ala., and six grandchildren."
