Son of Christian Lapp and Anna Brubacker, husband of Mary Ann Auer, father of Ervie Lee, Louisa Mae, Harvey Lane, and Cora Elsie (Kinzie). Grew up in Cherry Box, MO, moved with his brothers, sisters, cousins to NE in the late 1880s. He drowned in the Blue River while working in York Co.
