Inscription
Potter, Betty (Blakeslee) 1-17-1813 Aged 43 years, Wife of Zenus, Dau of Jude Blakeslee, in the County of Niagra, Four hundred miles West.
"There her body lies at resting
hoping when Christ he shall appear
to meet her friends
who lie buried here."
This stone was apparently a memorial to Betty (Blakeslee) Potter, who is probably buried in "Niagara" of 1813, possibly Erie County of today.
