Ralph LeRoy Barnette 62, of Front Royal, VA died unexpectly Monday March 25, 1974 in Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal of an apparent heart attack.
Ralph was born on February 28, 1912 in Camden on Gauley, Webster County, WV the son of Nathan D. Barnette and Lillie Norris Friend Barnette.
He was a beloved Teacher and Coach at Warren County High School in Front Royal, VA.
Mr. Barnette was predeceased by both his parents and three brothers, John William Barnette, Robert Friend Barnette, and George Clarence Barnette.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife Bernice Julia Wooddell Barnette and one daughter Jimmie Sue Barnette and one son Michael Barnette both of Front Royal, VA as well as two sisters, Maxine (Maurice) Huffman of Akron, Ohio and Elizabeth "Libby" (Ted)Stacy of Beckley, WV and a brother Fred Barnette of Derwood, MD.
Funeral service will be conducted Wednesday March 27, 1974 at Robertshaw Funeral Home in Front Royal, VA with burial in nearby Bennett's Chapel Cemetery.
